Realtor Mag reflects back to the last 10 years and asseses whether the real estate market has really dug itself out of the crisis.
The NAR found that the number of homes sold in October 2014 nationally was higher than the 10-year October average. When broken down by region, this is especially true in the Midwest and South, whereas the Northeast and West are the only regions with current sales below the 10-year October average.
