According to Glassdoor’s “Best Cities for Jobs” report, the top three cities with most satisfied workers are Raleigh, N.C., Kansas City, Mo., and Oklahoma City, Okla.
For this year’s survey, Glassdoor introduced new measurements to focus on employee satisfaction, which is calculated by hiring opportunity, cost of living, and a minimum of 1,000 company reviews shared by local employees on Glassdoor over the past year.
