Ashton Woods Homes wants to finish the partially completed Copley Square townhome development south of downtown Orlando that has lain dormant for the last three years, according to www.bizjournals.com.
The company is seeking city approval to build 66 three-story townhomes, a swimming pool and clubhouse on a 5.4-acre site north of East Michigan Street and west of South Osceola Avenue. Only 17 townhomes were completed in Copley Square by the previous developer in 2008.
The project will go before the Orlando City Council on Sept. 12 and could be fully approved by October.
