What most people want in their living rooms, some buyers want in their bathrooms – a real estate broker at Douglas Elliman Vickey Barron told the New York Times Home & Garden.
A bathroom in 432 Park Avenue is one example, where an egg-shaped tub is planted before a 10-foot-square window, 90 stories above ground. “All across Manhattan, in glassy towers soon to be built or nearing completion, see-through chambers will flaunt their owners, naked, toweled, or robed,” the New York Times’ Penelope Green writes. “Although the audience for all this exposure is probably avian, not human.”
