An overheating problem in Canada is driving its local home builders south of the border, The Globe and Mail reports.
Canadian home builders such as Mattamy Homes and Brookfield Residential Properties are buying up undeveloped land in Florida and Texas and other states even as many local players remain on the sidelines.
