Online real estate brokerage Owners.com recently released their analysis of best metros for women to purchase new homes based on a variety of factors including walkability and transit scores, and cost of living, per The Washington Post.
Single women made up 17 percent of homebuyers in 2016, while single men represented a 7 percent share of buyers, according to the National Association of Realtors.
The Owners.com analysis found that Cincinnati offers the best options when looking at the percentage of single female homeowners and housing affordability in comparison to women’s income.
