Data from commercial real estate firm Marcus and Millichap found that Denver’s average rent increase was more than nine percent from 2014, the highest in the nation, beating the entire Bay Area.
According to the CS Monitor, massive job growth in metro areas outside Denver has outpaced the apartment stock.
