Buyers will pay more for high speed internet, and one developer in Ontario, Calif., took notice.
Lewis Group and Stratham Communities are building lightning-fast fiber-optic cables into their project, Park Place, which means homebuyers won’t have to search for an Internet provider to wire their homes, The Los Angeles Times reports.
“When homebuyers move into the Park Place development in Ontario they will be able to download a movie in less than six seconds and a photo in the blink of an eye,” the article says.
