Plastic tapered wedge shims that are uniform, durable and long lasting, make leveling and aligning dead loads easy. A 6 in. long version made form ABS plastic is scored in 1 in. segments and tapered from 1/32 in. to 3/8 in., allowing it to be slid into position and broken off where desired. A solid 3 3/8 in. long polyproplylene version tapered from 1/32 in to ΒΌ in. is also offered. Shims are U-shaped to fit around a 1/2 in. bolt.
