Insurance company Nationwide has been tracking the health of real estate on a quarterly basis. WalletHub presents the key findings and lists the healthiest housing markets this year.
Winning first place for overall rank was Frisco, Texas. Rounding up the top five, are Allen, Texas, Arvada, Colo., Plano, Texas, and Sunnyvale, Calif.
The overall rank is based on indicators of the city’s real estate market condition and affordability and economic environment. Factors looked at include the unemployment rate, rent prices, and consumer prices.
