Having an office is now one of the most desirable features in a home, MarketWatch reported.
Whether it’s a dedicated room or just a small corner, homeowners across the country are becoming increasingly interested in having a home office. A majority of those surveyed in California said they would add a home office if possible, and homeowners can recover as much as 48.9 percent of the cost of an office at resale.
