Although home prices are still higher than they were one year ago, they’re not quite as hot as they were when the housing market began its recovery.
Home prices were up 4.5 percent in October, but a new report from Black Knight Financial found that only nine of the 20 largest states in the U.S. experienced positively monthly movement. To further highlight the market’s cool down, the number of home sales in November also dropped as there were 28 percent fewer listings on the market.
