Home sales in Houston have slightly improved to 14,805 single-family homes in the first part of 2015, from the 14,734 sold in the beginning of 2014.
In the words of Houston Culture Map’s Ralph Bivins, “home sales in Houston have not yet succumbed to the much-feared onslaught from a crashing energy industry.”
