One curious shopper writes about her experience exploring why the underwear she bought seemed black and white on the sales floor, but then purple and white under her LED lights at home.
“The LEDs in my house made them appear to be purple because LEDs have a different spectral range that changes your perception of reds and blues,” Katherine Salant writes in the Washington Post.
