Second generation deck system features easier installation. Key is a clip system that can be installed anywhere on a continuous channel, rather than at predefined attachment points. This results in an overall easier procedure. Deck's rugged construction is due to its multi-hollow design. The 2 in. by 8 in. planking is strong enough to allow up to a 32 in. span between supports. A diamond criss-cross pattern disperses water while improving traction on wet surfaces.
