Members of the NAR reported how long the last house that they closed in the past months was on the market.
The summary of all their answers were put into a map that reveals where properties sell the fastest in the U.S.
Properties sell fast in Texas, California, and North Dakota, while homes in New Mexico, Arkansas, and Wyoming linger a little longer on the market.
Vermont and Montana were the only states where respondents said homes lasted on the market between 121 to 210 days, the slowest on the list.
