National builder Meritage Homes unveiled the LiVE.Now collection of entry-level homes recently with the first offerings debuting in Phoenix and Houston.
House sizes will range between 1,800 and 2,500 square feet and priced in the low $200,000s in most markets. Already the builder’s website is posting the approaching availability of a Maricopa, Ariz., house starting in the $180,000s. Rather than providing bare-bone buildings, LiVE.Now homes will include features such as kitchen islands, pantries, granite countertops, and upgraded cabinets, laundry, plumbing, and appliances.
