MarketWatch reports that a mini baby boom could lift home sales in 2015, as millennials are expanding their families.
A survey on millennial home shoppers this summer found that 86 percent stated the primary reason for purchasing a home was because of a change in household size or anticipating one. Another factor is an improved employment rate among millennials, as Realtor.com Chief Economist Jonathan Smoke notes that jobs for those younger than 35 years old are being created at a faster pace this year.
