The National Association of the Remodeling Industry says it will introduce a comprehensive update to its Universal Design Certified Professional (UDCP) certification in early 2021.
“This important certification announcement showcases the serious commitment of NARI to lead the remodeling industry as demand for universal design projects continues to show steady growth,” according to a NARI news release. “The updated UDCP certification will be supported by an all-new study guide and examination, and approved by a Certification Board comprised of select Certified Remodelers committed to the highest standards in ethics and education.”
NARI currently offers eight certifications including: Certified Remodeler, Certified Remodeler Specialist, Certified Remodeler Associate, Certified Kitchen and Bath Remodeler, Certified Lead Carpenter, Certified Remodeling Project Manager, and Universal Design Certified Professional.
