Norway’s Research Center on Zero Emission Buildings (ZEB) is offering a new model on zero-energy housing to help eliminate greenhouse gas emissions, Fast Company reported.
The nearly 2,400-square-foot ZEB Multi-Comfort House was completed in early fall and looks like a high-end cabin with timber walls, recycled bricks and stacked wood. The roof is lined with solar panels and has a 19-degree slope to efficiently capture sunlight.
