By requiring a smaller hole than traditional toggles and no fixture or screw to set it, the Strap-Toggle offers a quick installation. Designed for plaster, wallboard, concrete block or hollow tile, the pre-assembled anchor replaces standard toggles and other types of hollow wall anchors. The Strap-Toggle is made of a carbon-steel wing and an engineered plastic locking cap with ratchet leg.
