Zillow's Rentals Analysis found that in many major U.S. cities, renters need to make much more than $15 an hour to afford the median rent.
In San Francisco, for example, a median priced apartment would require the tenant to make $79 an hour, whereas a renter in Philadelphia would need $24. The most expensive rent? Fisher Island, Fla., where a tenant needs to make $234 an hour to afford a home rental.
