RIDGID has a new 18-volt cordless adhesive/caulk gun, Model R884040. This model is designed for applying construction adhesive or roofing sealer. The dual capacity tube holder feature can handle 10.1 or 30 oz. Tubes. There are no special fittings or attachment needed to switch between sizes. The adjustable speed control helps deliver consistent bead application and the lock-off button feature prevents accidental start-ups and dripping. Heavy-duty joist follower aids in adhesive application to studs and joists and can be attached to a piercing tool for ease of continuous workflow. The R84040 housing is ergonomically designed and has a rechargeable battery pack.
