Buyers aren’t ready to commit to homeownership just yet this spring, HousingWire reports.
Data from Fannie Mae’s March 2015 National Housing survey says the share of respondents who said they would buy a home if they were to move decreased 5 percentage points to 60 percent, which, according to HousingWire, is a new all-time survey low.
Analysts attribute this hesitation to weak job and income growth in the past few months.
