It's not every day you find a compact tankless water heater suitable for both heavy residential and light commercial applications. Takagi's T-K3-Pro, which features a thermal rating of 84 percent for liquid propane and 82 percent for natural gas, starts heating water at ½ a gallon per minute but can generate an unlimited supply of hot water at a maximum flow rate of 7 GPMs. Up to four of these units can be used together without a system controller.
