Population booms in some U.S. cities may indicate where more housing should be built. Citing information from the U.S. Census Bureau, the ResiClub blog recently put together a list of cities with the highest population gains year-over-year, as well as cities that saw the biggest population declines. Interestingly, the top four cities with the highest gains are in Texas, including Celina, Fulshear, Princeton, and Anna. Cities seeing the strongest year-over-year decrease in population are primarily located throughout the Western U.S.
