Professional Builder’s showcase at the 2016 International Builders’ Show features the return of the Ultimate Kitchen, as well as two modular homes—one traditional and one modern.
The Traditional Home represents a design for an established family with three bedrooms, three bathrooms, and a formal living room spread across its 3,600-square-foot design. The Modern Home is 1,950 square feet and will be assembled in the factory in five modules with interior finishes including bamboo flooring and European-style maple cabinets in the bathrooms and kitchens.
The 690-square-foot Ultimate Kitchen was designed by Brigitte Fabi of Drury Design, in Glen Ellyn, Ill., and features a built-in coffeemaker, a walk-in pantry, a French-door refrigerator, and stacked washer and dryer.
