Multi- and single-family residential projects, as well as affordable housing projects, were winners of the annual LEED for Homes Awards by the U.S. Green Building Council.
The awards recognize “projects, developers and homebuilders that have demonstrated outstanding leadership and innovation in residential green building,” Proud Green Homes reports.
Winners include a 3,460-sf, LEED Gold home in Kailua, Hawaii, and affordable developer Neighborworks Umpqua, a 501c3 non-profit from Roseburg, Ore.
