The Citizens Bank Tiny House Experiment in Cleveland will soon begin with two 583 sf houses.
The goal is to gauge demand for micro homes in the area. Citizens Bank has donated $140,000 for the project, which features sustainable design and green features. Contractor Sutton Builders said each home will include a laundry room, full bathroom, kitchen, porch, and yard.
The project’s zoning and planning were approved, and construction is expected to begin this spring with completion expected in June.
