The price of housing has gotten so high in Silicon Valley, that some have taken up residence in RVs. An estimated 126 vehicles house people on the streets of Mountain View, Calif., where they must move every 72 hours, according to a city ordinance. Ad hoc RV parks on city streets are irking neighbors, who may pay over $2,000 a month for rent.
