According to Culture Map Houston, Texas’ largest city has more job growth and office buildings under construction than any other city in the U.S.
The statistics are based on data from the CBRE commercial real estate firm. Houston has more than twice as much office construction as the city in second place, New York City. This can be attributed to Houston’s job growth, which currently ranks highest in the nation, with almost 120,000 new jobs created over the last 12 months.
