This is a stark contrast when comparing the national average of a four-bedroom, two-bathroom house, which is $302,632. Meanwhile, as CNN Money reports, such homes can be bought for less than $135,000 in all 100 of the most affordable markets.
At the end of the spectrum is Cleveland, Ohio, the most affordable market, where the average sale price is 30 times less expensive than a home in Newport Beach at $74,502.
