Peter Russell-Clarke and Jan Moolsintog built their dream home on a steep hill overlooking San Francisco’s Dolores Park, constructing it out of glass.
The couple purchased the 1,800-square-foot lot their home now sits on in 2009. Due to the small space, Russell-Clarke and Moolsintog decided to build up in order to take advantage of the expansive views of the city. The floor-to-ceiling glass panels have porthole windows as well as a half-open roof that can be enclosed with a fabric roof cover when the wet season rolls around.
