The National Association of Realtors lists six trends that are currently shaping consumer demand, and ultimately, the design of new homes.
Among the items included in the list are super kitchens that aren’t just a hub for cooking, but also a center of the home for entertainment and conversations. Another trend is merging the outdoors with the indoors, making the interiors feel larger by carving out spaces that allow homeowners to walk seamlessly into outdoors spaces.
